VertiGrav Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This policy describes how the VertiGrav game for iPhone and iPad by KiCla Games handles information. The website policy separately explains analytics on kiclagames.com.
1. Progress stored on your device
The game saves progress, scores, preferences, inventory, rewards, daily-run results and settings locally on your device. No KiCla Games account is required. Removing the app may remove this local save. We do not operate a server for game profiles.
2. Advertising and consent
VertiGrav includes Google AdMob for optional rewarded video ads and interstitial ads between some runs. Rewarded videos can support features such as an extra reward, streak restoration or a continue offer. The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present a consent form when required and checks whether ads may be requested before loading them. On eligible devices, it may also request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. Declining consent does not stop the core game; an ad-dependent offer may be unavailable.
When ads are permitted, Google and its partners may process information such as device identifiers (including the advertising identifier only when authorized), IP address, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver, limit and measure ads. The exact processing depends on your choices and the ad provider's settings. See Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob privacy information. Where the app presents a Privacy Options entry in Settings, you can revisit your ad choices there. You can also manage tracking in iOS Settings.
3. App analytics
The app can send gameplay events to Google Analytics for Firebase, including run starts and ends, score and depth, control choice, power-up use, rewards and ad outcomes, if Firebase Analytics is configured in the distributed version. It does not deliberately include your name, email address or game profile in those events. When active, Google's SDK may also process app-instance and device information described in its privacy documentation.
4. Game Center and iCloud
Game Center can submit scores and achievements through your Apple account when you are signed in. VertiGrav can also use iCloud key-value storage to sync game progress across devices signed in to the same Apple Account. KiCla Games does not operate this storage. See Apple's Privacy Policy and manage these features in your Apple account and device settings.
5. Retention, security and your choices
Local progress remains until you remove it through device or app controls. If you use iCloud sync, the copy in your iCloud account follows your Apple account settings. Google and Apple set their own retention periods for data they process; consult their linked policies. We use the device's storage and platform services rather than a KiCla Games player database. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
You can decline ad consent, manage tracking in iOS Settings, and contact us to ask about data under our control. We may need to direct requests about Google or Apple data to those services. In the European Economic Area and other regions, applicable privacy law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
6. Children
VertiGrav is not specifically directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a service used by the game, contact us so we can investigate and direct the request to the relevant provider.
7. Changes and contact
We will update this page when the app's configuration or data practices change and revise the date above. For privacy questions or requests, email support@kiclagames.com.
